Here are the TEN Must Do things for Lebanon at all times.

Make sure they become your TEN Commandments wherever you are:

        1.    Write to your Congressman and Senator (and to government representatives outside your district or state) and express your opinion about their statements and activities regarding terrorism in general and Lebanon in particular. Support those who support a Free Lebanon while make sure that you regard the Hizballah "freedom fighter" connotation stance as support of terror. Support HR 4483 and S 2215.         2.    Read very frequently the USCFL website at http://www.freelebanon.org and learn the ins and outs of what's happening in there along with the dealings of every single Lebanese and Syrian personality on the scene.

        3.    Watch for media bias and write letters to the editors of EVERY newsletter, cable TV show, radio program or newspaper in your area--not just the "biggies," --and educate them that the "Syria is providing stability for Lebanon" rhetoric is not appropriate to describe the situation imposed on Lebanon with the calculated terror and intimidation unleashed upon the Lebanese by Syria, Iran and their Hezbollah proxy.

        4.  Shop for Lebanese products. At this time, when Lebanon's formerly flourishing economy is being destroyed, you can help. Sources can be found as advertisements in the major Lebanese newspapers online such as Naharnet http://web.naharnet.com/default.asp and others.

        5.    Buy the book, "Ending Syria's Occupation of Lebanon: The U.S. Role" (i.e.: Report of the Lebanon Study Group) http://www.meforum.org/research/lsg.shtml and give it to your children, friends, business associates. These days, the book makes the perfect house gift.

        6.    Reach out to more people (if you're Lebanese reach outside the Lebanese community) by sending articles that will educate them about topics of Syria's occupation of Lebanon, the spread of Militant Islam and what it means to our world.

        7.    Mention to President Obama that he has your support for expanding this policy toward Jihad and other terror-related organizations, such as Hezbollah.         8.    Visit Lebanon. Yes, pack your bags and travel to Lebanon. Attempting to keep normalcy, our fellow Lebanese are conducting their everyday lives at home, at work, in the street. They go to concerts, and yes, discotheques. They eat at restaurants and get together at coffee shops. But they need you to come and show solidarity. You will be touched and delighted to find out how much Lebanese love their homeland and are determined to get the Syrians out of their country and dismantle Hezbollah.

        9.    Get involved with pro-Lebanon organizations and join you voice to other for greater impact or translate your opinions into actions. Go to lectures and attend organizations' meetings of pro-Lebanon organizations and actively pound their constituents.

       10. Participate in the Lebanese Diaspora Investment Survey

While you are approaching your Congress representatives, please make sure you:

1. Specify your name, address and day time phone number.

2. Cite the name of article or broadcast, date & time of publication, author's name and topic.

3. Keep ideas short and simple.

4. Be very specific when commenting. Utilize facts wherever possible.

5. Audience comments should be directed at inaccuracies in reporting as well as praising reporting.
